Assignment: visa hur beteenden hänger ihop med resultat

Prevent, along with their partners  The Swedish Association of Industrial Employers,  Technology Industries of Sweden, Unionen and the GS union, needed help to produce material that deals with safety culture in industry. Above all, the aim was to make it clear how to change people’s workplace behavior to get them to act safer. The material would be produced with Erik Matton at Behavior Design Group, who works on how workplace behaviors can inspire people to think safety first.

Solution

Appelberg produced three films that explain why people should focus on workplace behaviors, how we can understand those behaviors and how we can work with them. Erik Matton presents the three films, where he talks about the key areas. Appelberg also added playful educational animations to the films that would make it easier to understand the subject.

The Result

Prevent was very pleased with the results and the films were chosen by the customer to submit to the Swedish Publishing Prize.

Prevent works to create a safer and better workplace environment. Together with Appelberg, Prevent has over the years communicated about a variety of subjects – from inclusive workplaces through the game Inkludo, and dangerous work environment risks with noise and vibrations, to issues of sexual harassment and the risks of manual work.

Appelberg showed a creativity that gave our films a playfulness yet didn’t take the focus away from the serious subject. We have had an excellent collaboration throughout the production.
